Casye Furniture accept returns within 48 hours of a customer’s invoice of an item, with the exception bedding products, specials orders, discontinued and clearance (as is) merchandise. Merchandise must be in the original packaging, and in like new condition. Casye Furniture does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, or other bedding products. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns of furniture. Casye Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as new condition. A pick up fee, of no less than $ 35 will be charged if the merchandise being returned needs to be pick up from your home. The initial delivery fee is not refundable. Refunds on purchases made in cash will be refunded in cash. Refunds by credit card take at least 3 business days to post. Special orders, clearance, discontinued, and As-is merchandise are non returnable or refundable, no exceptions.
If you are not satisfied with your item after receiving and signing for it and you simply wish to refund your purchase instead of exchanging for another piece, you must notify to Casye Furniture within 24 hours of the invoice date. Your purchase will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee. Please note that all items must be returned in the manner they were received and in the original factory packaging. Any item(s) already used/assembled or without factory packaging does not qualify for the exchange/refund policy. All boxes and wrappings must be opened correctly. Please do not rip, tear or trash any boxes/wrappings until you are satisfied with your products. In-case of a return/exchange you must have the boxes/wrappings in the same condition as received. Note that mattresses are an exception. If a mattress plastic cover has been removed, it cannot be refunded. For further questions, please contact your Casye Furniture representative. Special orders, clearance, discontinued, and as-is merchandise are non-returnable or refundable, no exceptions.
We ask that our customers comply with our cancellation policy. All cancellations must be confirmed with a Casye Furniture representative only and within 2 hours of placing your order in case if your order is a special order. Same day cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If you cancel your order prior to delivery or pick-up for any reason, or cancel specific items from your order, a 20% cancellation fee will apply on the items that were cancelled. Special orders, clearance, discontinued, and as-is merchandise are non returnable or refundable, no exceptions.
We provide a manufacturer’s warranty on all items for 30 days from the invoice date. This covers all manufacturers’ defects within 30 days of delivery but does not cover damage resulting from misuse like exposure to extreme temperature, negligence, wrong assembly, accidental wear and tear, unauthorized repair, etc. If your item arrives and you discover any major defects or a damaged piece just give us a call and we will schedule you a Customer Service visit to replace the damaged piece or item. The Warranty covers damaged items caused by the manufacture or if they were caused for Casye furniture at the moment of delivery. The conditions of the Warranty does not apply to the Exchange/Refund Policy. Casye Furniture’s will assist the customer in determining whether an issue is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If the product needs to be repaired under the warranty of the manufacturer, it is the responsibility of the customer to deliver the product to Casye furniture in case of the customer has picked up the article from our store. Please make all arrangements and inquiries to our offices or to our delivery team. We will be happy to help you. Please allow up to 10 business days for your customer service needs to be resolved by our team. We are here for you and we will make every effort to make you experience with us exceptional.
Your delivery time and date is scheduled as soon as your merchandise is available, and we will contact you before your delivery to confirm your time delivery. If you need to change your delivery time or date after you have finalized your purchase, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible before your scheduled delivery time. An authorized adult must be home during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your delivery and sign the delivery ticket. If no authorized adult is home to receive your scheduled delivery, you will be charged a new delivery fee to reschedule a second delivery attempt. Casye Furniture reserves the right to schedule a service technician to repair any imperfection noted at the time of delivery.
Please inspect all pick-up items prior to loading into your vehicle. If an item is picked up that has an imperfection, it is your responsibility to return the item to Casye Furniture for servicing. If requested, Casye Furniture employees can assist in loading pick-up items into/onto your vehicle; however, it is your responsibility to firmly secure any pick up items to your vehicle. Casye Furniture assumes no responsibility for items that are damaged due to accidents or weather conditions.
As-Is merchandise has no warranties and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. All As-Is furniture must be picked up within 48 hours of purchase.
Casye Furniture offers a 120-Day Layaway program. A simple 20% deposit is needed at time of purchase. Have the convenience of paying what you can, when you can whitin 4 months. If you have questions, please contact us anytime. Special Orders, Clearance, and As-Is Items are excluded from layaway program.
