2. How do I place my order?
You can shop online using our shopping cart and ordering process, or you can call us at 702 380-3116. A Casye Furniture representative will promptly contact you. Or If you prefer to visit us personally and place your order in our store.
3. When do I pay for my order?
You can pay in person in our store or if you prefer use our website to pay or cash on Delivery COD.
4. What forms of payment do you take?
We accept Cash, VISA and MASTERCARD cards.
5. How soon can I have my items delivered?
Items ordered that we have in stock may delivered in same day, but items for order may take between 1 and 2 weeks. For more information about your items ordered please contact us.
6. Is there a charge for delivery and set up?
Yes. The fee is only $ 35 for delivery and set up.
7. Can I pick up my order?
Yes, If you want to pick up your order, you can do it, we ask you please read our policy about of merchandise pick up.
8. What if some of my items come damaged out of the box?
Please email our customer service with the model number and your contact information. A Casye Furniture Representative will schedule an exchange of the items. You may also call us about your damaged items, Please as quickly as possible to let us know at 702 380-3116.
9. Does your furniture require assembly?
Although many of our items are assembled, some furniture may require assembly. Assembly Is fairly easy, and all necessary tools, hardware, and simply instructions are included. Items such as dressers, night stand, armoires, etc. come already assembled.
10. Why is your furniture so inexpensive?
We don’t have expensive and elegant showrooms and we as owners work directly to attend and serve our customers which causes it to reduce much spending, so that we can offer a best price to our customer satisfaction.
11. Do bed sets include mattresses as shown in pictures?
Mattresses shown in the pictures are for display purposes only and are not included unless otherwise stated.
12. What is your policy on warranty/exchanges/refunds?
